Re-enactment: Derbyshire Blues

Join us for a re-enactment

Derbyshire Blues were a militia group who fought in support of George II in 1745. Come and see their recruitment at Pickford’s House as they prepare for an invasion by Bonnie Prince Charlie from the north. This time-travelling experience will be re-enacted by the Charles Edward Stuart Society. Will the stout Derby folk prevail against the Jacobite invasion? Come and find out!

Drop-in session, suitable for all.
