A glamorous evening full of mystery, intrigue and extravagance in this beautiful 19th century listed building.  All the best floor-fillers from our talented DJ, celebrate the festive season in style with friends, family or colleagues.

Dress code:  Black tie recommended – don’t forget your  mask!

Menu: Prepared by local celebrity chef Ralph Skripek of the Butler’s Pantry – known as ‘the wild chef’ because he hunts and gathers the food himself ensuring the ingredients are fresh and locally sourced.

Creamy Butternut Squash & Mixed Bean Soup
Creamy butternut squash soup with mixed beans and swirls of beetroot cream puree, topped with fresh herbs and served with a selection of sliced artisan bread with mulled spice fruit butter
Goats Cheese ‘en croute’ with Caramelised Red Onion
Goats cheese with caramelised red onions wrapped in puff pastry and oven baked, served on tossed leaves with a quince & mustard seed dressing, finished with home smoked walnut crumb and sesame crisp wafers
Trio of Smoked Fish
Home-made smoked mackerel fish cake, home smoked trout pate and a curl of smoked salmon nestled on rocket with a dill & mustard seed dressing surrounded with a sweet chilli sauce and served with wafer toasted crispbreads

Derbyshire Smoked Pheasant
Home smoked pheasant breast wrapped with Serrano ham, pan fried and finished on braised thigh cooked in stock and served on roasted sweet potato with rosemary
Escalope of Turkey with Sage Stuffing
Escalope of turkey braised in a thyme and mustard stock sauce, finished with a slice of oven roasted sage stuffing, dates & sausage meat served with crispy roasted potatoes and cranberry compote
Fillet of Seabass on Colcannon
Oven roasted fillet of seabass brushed with Green pesto finished on a puree of potato with finely cut savoy cabbage, onions & bacon surrounded with a creamy dill and saffron sauce
Roasted Vegetable & Asparagus Pie
An individual shortcrust pastry pie filled with roasted sweet potato, peppers, courgette and asparagus with vegan cheese, served on a roasted tomato & lentil herb sauce with roasted potatoes
